Wonderful waterfront property!

This is an incredible property. The house is very well maintained, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. All appliances were in great working order and the internet was easy to connect to. This was an extended stay of 30+ days and it was just as comfortable as being at home. The outdoor living space, where we spent most of our days is amazing and is complete with hot tub, fire pit and gas grill. Paul is incredibly gracious and always available, getting back to me quickly if I had any questions. The location of the house is ideal, being just minutes from downtown but also a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Plan on viewing dolphins and manatees. It is a great home and great location for all ages. I look forward to returning.
